1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings. In this document, "Platform" or "Site" refers collectively to the ba999 website and mobile application. "User" or "Member" means any person registered on this platform.

2. Account and Membership

2.1 Registration

To create an account on ba999, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The name, mobile number and other identifying details submitted at registration must be genuine and valid. ba999 reserves the right to close any account created with false or misleading information at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ba999 support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or whenever ba999 considers it necessary, you may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport along with proof of your current address. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, your account may be temporarily restricted.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

ba999's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, a user automatically confirms that they are at least 21 years old. ba999 may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. ba999 maintains the necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent access by minors.

3.1 Geographical Restrictions

Users from countries or regions where online gaming is illegal may not create an account or use ba999's services. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that accessing such services is lawful in their area.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ba999 is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). Once a deposit is completed, it is generally reflected in the account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. A withdrawal request generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes to process.

• All wagering requirements related to bonuses must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Additional documents may be requested in cases requiring urgent verification.
• ba999 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Using a third party's account or payment method to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. All transactions must be made through the account holder's own registered payment method.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ba999 offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. This means that depositing ৳1,000 for the first time adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500 — and before the bonus amount can be withdrawn, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered. Depositing ৳6,800 earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,800 with a wagering requirement of ৳5,000 × 25 = ৳1,25,000.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
• Bonuses may only be used to bet on approved games — some games may not be eligible for bonus play.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus balance will expire.
• ba999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if manipulation is suspected.

5.3 Other Promotions

6. VIP Program

ba999's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the net loss for that week.

For example, a Gold tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier is determined by a member's overall activity. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is also subject to the bonus funds rules.

7. Code of Conduct and Fair Play

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba999:

• Bonus abuse or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Using software, bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to predetermine the outcome of games.
• Attempting unauthorised access to ba999's systems or any form of cyber attack.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour directed at other users on the platform.

7.2 Fair Play Assurance

ba999 works only with game providers that use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe and all other providers have been independently tested to ensure impartiality. If a technical error occurs in any game result, ba999 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or provide an alternative resolution.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction or the outcome of a bet, notify ba999's customer service team via live chat or email. ba999 will review the complaint and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. The relevant account may be temporarily restricted while a dispute is ongoing.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

9.2 Closure at ba999's Initiative

ba999 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.

• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is identified.
• If directed to do so by a law enforcement authority.

10.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member can request a temporary (7 days to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During this period, logging in to the account or creating a new account will not be possible. ba999 processes self-exclusion requests as quickly as possible.

11. Changes to Terms

ba999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

11.1 Severability Clause

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. ba999's failure to enforce any particular term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
